Chief Promoter
Hails from Hyderabad and is an ex-banker with Syndicate Bank. He voluntarily retired from the bank and became a real estate developer in 1998. RR is known in the market for his integrity and honest work carried out in many mid size projects. His reputation and integrity has endeared him to various governmental organizations and he has successfully completed many quality projects with the government.
Architecture Consultant, SMD
SMD is an architecture and interior design firm based in Dubai with Indian office in Hyderabad. The company was established in 2006 and currently employs 15 architects. The founder and principal consultant of SMD, Mr. Vijay Anand has been practicing architecture & interiors for the last 17 years. Vijay has worked for and represented some of the most premier companies in the gulf region.
Project Management
Bhanu has a decade of civil engineering experience. He has worked with IVRCL for 3 years and managed several multi-crore projects to completion. More recently, he has worked with SMD Architecture and Design, a Dubai based company on multiple residential projects in Hyderabad. He is a dedicated professional who really understands what it means to deliver value to the customer.
Marketing
Ramakrishna has several years of international experience and is the driving force behind company’s IT and marketing initiatives. He has an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a masters in computer networking form North Carolina State University. He got his Bachelors in Engineering from REC Trichy (NIT Trichy).
